It is not often you witness world-class skill in a thirds rugby match but that is exactly what happened in blustery conditions in Ireland yesterday.
Shane Breen, of Malahide RFC, was lining up a conversion during his side's 22-3 win over Barnhall on Saturday when the ball blew off the tee midway through his run-up.
What followed was a mixture of quick thinking and incredible skill as Breen scooped up the ball and calmly slotted over a drop goal from a difficult angle.
It looks a call-up from Malahide's "Thirsty Thirds" to the second team could be on the cards for Breen.
