Widnes coach Denis Betts will be without captain Kevin Brown, centre Charly Runciman and forward Hep Cahill for their top of the table clash with the Warrington Wolves.

The trio suffered minor injuries in training this week and will be assessed over the weekend ahead of the Easter Monday clash with St Helens.

Patrick Ah Van makes a return while Sam Brookes and Ed Chamberlain appear in the 19 man squad for the first time this season.

Salford head coach Ian Watson has named an unchanged 19-man squad to face the Catalans Dragons.

The Red Devils have lost just one of their opening three games at home, beating table-topping Widnes and St Helens so far.

Catalans Dragons are without centre Kristian Inu after he was handed a three-match ban for a dangerous throw on Huddersfield's Eorl Crabtree.

Morgan Escare and Justin Horo return, while Antonio Maria misses out.

Huddersfield could give a debut to new signing Ryan Brierley while prop Craig Huby makes his first appearance of the season after recovering from a broken hand, taking over from Eorl Crabtree, who was concussed in the defeat by Catalans Dragons.

Full-back Jared Simpson could also make his first appearance of 2016 in place of Jordan Tansey, who cannot play against his parent club, while second rower Joe Wardle is out through suspension.
