Edward Ling has become Great Britain’s third medallist at Rio 2016 after picking up bronze in the men’s trap shooting.

Ling joins swimming duo Adam Peaty (gold) and Jazz Carlin (silver) as Team GB's prize-winners in Rio de Janeiro.

He beat the Czech Republic's David Kostelecky 13-9 in a 15-shot contest on Monday, recovering from missing his first target. Ling had earlier come through a nerve-wracking shoot-out to qualify for the bronze medal decider.
