The Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions had their respective play-off places confirmed in week 17, after the Washington Redskins were beaten 19-10 by the New York Giants. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers will now play the Giants, while the Lions go to Seattle for a game against the Seahawks.

In the AFC Wild Card round, the Miami  Dolphins take on the Pittsburgh Steelers, while Connor Cook will make rookie QB history with his first start for the Oakland Raiders, who travel to face the Houston Texans.
