Loughborough Lightning's netball star Hannah Joseph was joined by her brother, Lions and England centre Jonathan, for a chat ahead of a huge weekend for the family.

Bath's Jonathan will be in action for the British and Irish Lions on Saturday morning as they continue their tour of New Zealand against Crusaders, with coverage starting on Sky Sports 1 from 8am.

Later in the day, Hannah's Lightning, along with Wasps, Manchester Thunder and Team Bath, will battle it out for the right to be 2017 Vitality Superleague champions in Birmingham, live on Sky Sports Mix.

Jonathan, 26, will be looking to steer the Lions back on course following their defeat by the Blues on Wednesday morning, with the first test against New Zealand coming up on June 24.

For now though, Jonathan could only heap praise on his younger sister.

He told Sky Sports: "I'm massively proud. Growing up with Hannah, I wouldn't say she stood out massively as a youngster, and then it got to a stage maybe at 15 or 16 where her netball took off, and then at Loughbrough.

"This season in particular she has been outstanding, it's a joy to watch, and I love getting down there and supporting her."

Hannah, who has enjoyed a fine season with Loughbrough as we approach Finals Weekend, said: "We're so proud of each other, a lot of J's achievements came before mine, and just watching him go through his pathway to where he's got to is amazing.

"You just never think we're going to get that far, and obviously he's done so well, so I'm, so proud."

You can watch the full interview with the Joseph's on Saturday with Loughborough Lightning v Team Bath on air from 3.30pm followed by Wasps against Manchester Thunder.

The final follows on Sunday from 4.30pm when the two winners meet in the culmination to a dramatic season.
