Rajon Rondo hit a buzzer-beating jump shot to earn the Los Angeles Lakers a 129-128 victory over the Boston Celtics.
The Lakers veteran point guard came back to haunt his former team, with whom he won an NBA title in 2008.
Rondo's game-winner capped a wild back-and-forth final minute that began with back-to-back three-pointers by the Lakers' Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and LeBron James that erased a late six-point deficit and produced a 124-124 tie with 50.1 seconds remaining.
Kyrie Irving nailed a jumper with 11.5 seconds remaining to put the Celtics in front 128-127.
The Lakers went to Ingram on the final possession, but his reverse lay-up was rejected by Al Horford with three seconds left.
The ball bobbled around in the paint before Rondo recovered it and instantly fired a 20ft jump shot that swished through the net as time expired to earn the Lakers a famous win.
