Stephen Curry passes 15,000 career points in the Golden State Warriors' 110-93 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.
Curry scored 20 points on 6-of-16 shooting, including connecting on three of his nine three-point attempts.
Curry's three-ball with 7:37 remaining in the second quarter took him to the milestone of 15,000 regular season points for his career. He is the fifth Warrior to reach that landmark after Wilt Chamberlain, Rick Barry, Paul Arizin and Chris Mullin.
Speaking after the game, Warriors coach Steve Kerr reflected on Curry's achievement and said: "He'll probably be at 16,000 before too long. He's obviously a brilliant player and sets a great tone every night and every day at practice.
"For the Warriors, he just changed everything from where the team had been over the previous couple of decades. Guys like Steph don't come around very often. He was the foundational piece to what we were seeing right now, the first piece. I think he was a major force in creating what we have today."
