Stephen Curry trained fully for Golden State Warriors on Thursday and looks set to play in Game 3 against the Houston Rockets.
Curry dislocated his left middle finger during the first quarter of Golden State's victory in Game 2, but he was not limited by the injury in practice and he is on track to play on Saturday.
"He practised fully," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. "He's got it taped up, but it's probably good that we've got a few days off. Hopefully the pain will continue to go down as we get closer to game time."
The Warriors guard left temporarily during Game 2 to have X-rays before returning with his finger taped up. He finished with 20 points in 33 minutes and expressed optimism afterwards that he would not miss too much time.
"It's not like he tore ligaments or anything, so he'll tough it out," team-mate Klay Thompson told reporters.
Curry is averaging 19 points and 4.5 assists through two games against the Rockets, bringing his post-season averages to 23.3 points and 5.0 assists.
The Warriors lead the series 2-0.
