Nikola Jokic showcased his elite playmaking skills as he nutmegged Al-Farouq Aminu with an inventive assist in the Denver Nuggets' Game 2 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.
Jokic produced a strong all-around performance with 16 points, 14 rebounds and seven assists but that wasn't enough to stop the Blazers earning a 97-90 victory that levelled the Western Conference semi-final series at 1-1.
The best of the Serbian center's assists came in the third quarter with the Nuggets trailing 61-48.
Jokic received the ball outside the three-point arc, handed the ball off to team-mate Mailk Beasley and rolled into the post to collect Beasley's floated return pass.
Aminu switched off Nuggets forward Paul Millsap to block Jokic's path to the rim but fell victim to the Denver center's passing vision.
Jokic whipped a deft right-handed bounce pass through Aminu's legs into the hands of Millsap who laid the ball home for an easy two points.
