Half of the world's top 30 feature Bay Hill, where world No 5 Justin Rose is the highest-ranked player in action and former winner Jason Day is also involved.
Woods makes his fourth start in five weeks on the PGA Tour - at an event he has won eight times - and will be aiming to follow on from his recent runner-up finish at the Valspar Championship.
McIlroy finished tied-fourth in last year's event and returns to Bay Hill looking to bounce back from last week's missed cut on the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook.
There is more than 32 hours of live golf available across the four tournament days, with the live Featured Group service kicking off from 11.30am for the first two rounds on Sky Sports Golf and Sky Sports Main Event.
Woods features in Thursday's coverage alongside 2016 champion Day and Hideki Matsuyama, with the other featured threeball seeing Rose partnered with Patrick Reed and Bubba Watson.
Friday's offering begins with Tommy Fleetwood taking on Henrik Stenson and Adam Scott, while McIlroy tees off in the group after with Leishman and Rickie Fowler.
