The former world No 1 head to this week's event at Close House as tournament host, at a venue where he has been attached as the tournament pro since 2011.

Westwood returned to the Northumberland layout for a 'Learn with Lee' series, to take a closer look at the course and offer some guidance on how to improve the state of your game.

The Englishman discussed the problems players often fall in to when playing short pitch shots, with many trying to put too much loft on a shot or failing to judge the correct distance.
