TV star Nesbitt hosts the event, live from Belfast's Waterfront Hall, ahead of McIlroy playing and hosting this week's Dubai Duty Free Irish Open at Portstewart Golf Club.
McIlroy will chat about his career so far and last year's FedExCup victory, as well as look ahead to a busy summer stretch which includes the Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.
Guardiola will be discussing his first season at Manchester City and previewing his side's title challenge, plus talk about his time at Barcelona and Bayern Munich.
The event is being held to raise money for Rory McIlroy's charity, the Rory Foundation, which aims to support children's charities around the world.
