Paul Robinson scored his first goal in over two years to salvage Portsmouth a 1-1 draw at home to lowly Mansfield.
The Stags looked to be heading for only their second away win of the season when Simon Heslop put them in front 57 seconds after half time. Heslop picked up the ball on the edge of the penalty area before drilling an unstoppable low shot beyond Portsmouth goalkeeper Paul Jones and into the bottom right corner. However Robinson drew Portsmouth level 20 minutes from time with his first goal since March 2012, sweeping home from six yards after substitute Nigel Atangana had pulled the ball back across the box moments after coming off the bench. Mansfield would have been further ahead before Robinson struck but for a fine finger-tip save from Jones to deny the lively Rakish Bingham. Pompey almost snatched a win they scarcely deserved six minutes from time but Danny Hollands saw his pile-driver turned over the bar by Mansfield goalkeeper Sascha Studer.Robinson grabs Portsmouth draw
