Ivory Coast star Kanga Akale has told skysports.com that he is keen to seal a move to Stoke. The Potters are keen to land the Lens midfielder and are understood to have held talks about a potential loan deal. It is believed Stoke would like to take Akale until the end of the season, with a view to a permanent deal. Akale has now admitted that he would he would love the chance to play in England. "My agent is conducting everything and I can't say anything yet but it will be a dream to play in the English league," Akale told skysports.com. "It is the best league and Stoke City can give me that chance to make a name for myself in England." Akale has spent most of his career in Europe after first moving to Swiss club FC Sion in 1998. Further transfers to Zurich and Auxerre followed before he joined Lens in 2007. He spent last season with Marseille, playing in 18 games, but now back at Lens he is seemingly set for a move to England.
