We challenged Matt Le Tissier to pick his best XI from the four teams involved in this weekend's blockbuster Super Sunday.

With an abundance of stars on show, Le Tiss has been tasked with picking the best XI from the four lavishly-constructed squads and finds no room for any Arsenal players.

Here's his XI and his explanation...

Thibaut Courtois is a quality goalkeeper but for me, David de Gea is the best in the Premier League and alongside Manuel Neuer as the best in the world.

The full-back areas are probably where you have the least stand-out contenders. I don't think there's a huge amount between Kyle Walker, Antonio Valencia and Hector Bellerin at right-back, although the latter's form hasn't been great. Walker isn't that far ahead and just edges the rest.

Left-back is a weak spot for both Manchester sides. Benjamin Mendy looked decent but we haven't really seen enough of him yet, so it's between Sead Kolasinac and Marcos Alonso. I'll go for Alonso because of his important contributions last season.

The Chelsea centre-backs were great last season but not so good this season. From Arsenal, you could maybe make a case for Laurent Koscielny. None of them are exceptional defensively so I'm going for John Stones and David Luiz as I like ball-playing centre-backs. They'd let in 100 goals but it would be fun to watch!

N'Golo Kante is going to be my only really defensive-minded player and I'd have Paul Pogba alongside him. Their side's respective defensive and offensive struggles during their injuries show just how important they are.

Eden Hazard has to be in there as the player with the most ability to produce something out of nothing in the Premier League. Leroy Sane is on fire right now and Raheem Sterling has also been brilliant.

I can't put Alexis Sanchez in there based on his form this season and Mesut Ozil gets nowhere near my team. David Silva was the really tough one to exclude as he's one of my favourite players to watch, but Kevin De Bruyne is the best playmaker in the league right now.

Sergio Aguero is up top. He's been my favourite player in the Premier League for some while and breaking the City scoring record shows how he's done it over time. Marcus Rashford almost made my line-up and it was also incredibly tough to leave out Romelu Lukaku.

Thinking about this has shown how brilliant these sides are going forward because there was so many attacking players I wanted to fit in, but defensively it wasn't nearly as difficult.
