Before Manchester City v Manchester United on Sky Sports on Thursday, we asked Gary Neville to pick his best City Premier League XI.
Neville is a Manchester United legend having made over 600 appearances for the club over a 20-year spell.
But who does the Sky Sports pundit think would make it into a best City XI from the Premier League? Here are his picks and reasoning...
Goalkeeper and defence
When you talk about Manchester City's best Premier League XI you have to talk about the last five years because before that the teams and players fell well short.
They have had some world-class players and a spine of a team which Joe Hart did a great job of backing up.
Vincent Kompany will go down as being one of the best centre-backs in Premier League history during the 3-4 year period at his peak and Pablo Zabaleta similarly for 2-3 years was a fantastic right-back.
They probably haven't had the best left-backs, but Gael Clichy just edges it. And the other centre-back I'll go for Joleon Lescott.
Midfield
Yaya Toure has been one of the best central midfielders in the Premier League. You could put him in the Keane, Gerrard, Lampard, Vieira category for around 3-4 years when he was sensational. He's in centre midfield alongside Fernandinho.
Toure, David Silva, Sergio Aguero and Kompany will go down as one of the best spines you will see in the Premier League. They were fantastic players.
Kevin De Bruyne is one of their recent signings who is a fantastic player, a world-class talent who wins games, sets up goals and is lovely to watch.
You look at Manchester City over the last 4-5 years and they have been littered with fantastic players and should have won more titles in my opinion. They have only won two, which is fantastic considering where the club has been, but they should have been better and could have had three or four.
Attack
Aguero has been the best striker in the Premier League for the last five or six seasons. Since Thierry Henry left he has been the best striker for me. A fantastic player and wonderful to watch.
Then also Carlos Tevez, who on his day was unplayable.
