Leicester agree to extend striker's loan move
Southend have secured the services of Leicester striker Eric Odhiambo for a further month.
The highly-rated teenager initially joined the Shrimpers on a month's loan but the Walkers Stadium side have agreed to extend his stay.
Southend boss Steve Tilson confirmed Odhiambo's stay had been extended after the 18-year-old appeared as a substitute in the 1-1 draw at Bristol Rovers.
The forward, who is yet to find the net in senior football, has the chance to add to his four appearances so far for the Roots Hall outfit.
Odhiambo made his debut for Leicester in last season's Carling Cup tie against Aston Villa and also featured in the Foxes' 1-0 win over Accrington in the same competition earlier this term.
