The Premier League season is over but who made the Fantasy Football best XI over the course of 2018/19?

Manchester City wrapped up the Premier League title after their 4-1 win at Brighton - their 14th successive win on the way to retaining their top-flight crown.

Alisson (Liverpool) - £7.3m: 226 points

  • The 2018/19 Premier League Golden Glove winner (21 clean sheets)
  • Finished 10 Fantasy Football points ahead of Ederson (216)
  • Made one penalty save and only conceded 22 goals, the fewest in the Premier League

Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool) - £9.9m: 299 points

  • Tops the Fantasy Football charts, beating nearest rival by 30 points
  • Eight tier one and 18 tier two passing bonus points (60 and 70 respectively)
  • Van Dijk has 20 clean sheets, four goals and four MOTM awards, a worthy winner

Aymeric Laporte (Manchester City - £8.8m: 269 points

  • Registered 25 tier two passing bonus points, more than any other player this term
  • Has earned 30.57 per million, only second in the charts to Alisson
  • Recorded 18 clean sheets, while scoring and creating three for Manchester City

Andy Robertson (Liverpool) - £9m: 255 points

  • Selected by 24.8 per cent of Fantasy Football managers, more than any other defender
  • The Scotsman finished with 12 assists for Liverpool
  • Robertson attained 21 clean sheets and finished fourth in value-per-million charts

Eden Hazard (Chelsea) - £11.8m: 262 points

  • No. 1 in the midfield charts for Fantasy Football points accrued
  • Found the net 16 times and made 15 goals in only 31 Premier League starts
  • The Belgian earned a hefty seven Sky Sports Man of the Match awards

Sadio Mane (Liverpool) - £11m: 238 points

  • Joint-tied for the Premier League Golden Boot with 22 goals - two on final day
  • Mane has 73 points from his last nine games, accounting for 30.7 of his overall tally
  • He has received four MOTM awards throughout the season

Raheem Sterling (Manchester City) - £11.5m: 231 points

  • Scooped PFA Young Player of the Year Award and Football Writers' Player of the Year too
  • Sterling scored 17 and assisted 12 for the champions this campaign
  • Only 18.4 per cent of Fantasy Football bosses benefited from the City man's services

Paul Pogba (Manchester United) - £10.6m: 223 points

  • Finished 74 Fantasy Football points ahead of next Manchester United player
  • Over half of these points (115) came in a nine-game period after Solskjaer was appointed
  • Pogba finished with 13 goals, nine assists and five MOTM awards

  • Retained the Premier League Golden Boot after scoring 22 goals for Liverpool

Sergio Aguero (Manchester City) - £12.8m: 219 points

  • Fifth season in a row where he has netted 20 goals or more
  • Aguero made eight goals and earned four MOTM awards throughout the term
  • Only second to Salah regarding selection percentage, standing at 32.2 per cent

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Arsenal) - £12.5m: 211 points

  • Cemented place in Team of the Year by netting two on final day (pipping Raul Jimenez)
  • Claimed the Golden Boot alongside Salah and Mane
  • Aubameyang has 32 goals and nine assists in 49 appearances for Arsenal
