Ahead of the Super Sunday clash, Alan Smith picks his all-time Premier League combined Arsenal and Chelsea XI.

The two sides clash at the Emirates Stadium, live on Sky Sports, with 19 points separating them in the table and seven Premier League titles between them.

Chelsea's miserable defence of their title sees them floundering in the bottom half of the table, while the Gunners are targeting a first title since 2003/04

Smith, who made almost 350 appearances for the Gunners, picks his combined team of Arsenal and Chelsea players since 1992...

Petr Cech - Arsenal/Chelsea

"Cech wins it over David Seaman mainly through his longevity in the Premier League. I played with Dave for a few years and he is one of the top keepers in Premier League history, but Cech has played more Premier League games, holds the clean sheet record and has played for both clubs and is playing extremely well for Arsenal."

"This is tough one but my old team-mate Dicko gets in ahead of Branislav Ivanovic. Even though he has had his problems this season he has been a centre-half playing at right-back for a number of years and done it superbly well. Lee made that transition from George Graham's team to Arsene Wenger's brilliantly and was very hard to beat one-on-one."

Tony Adams - Arsenal

"Big competition at centre-back with Sol Campbell and Marcel Desailly, but Tony has played more games in the Premier League than the Frenchman and he was a captain, an inspirational leader, a reformed character and one of those players you want alongside you in a battle."

John Terry - Chelsea

"He has been around forever and his consistency has been amazing. Another natural leader and a very good player positionally. He gets in pretty easily."

Ashley Cole - Arsenal/Chelsea

"Has played for both clubs and played extremely well for both. He was the archetypal modern-day footballer in terms of getting up and down the pitch, a very tough defender and a great competitor."

Frank Lampard - Chelsea

"His longevity and the number of goals he scored from midfield was amazing. He is a fantastic professional as well."

Patrick Vieira - Arsenal

"He had everything. He could score goals, tackle, was a leader and a fearsome player in his pomp."

Alexis Sanchez - Arsenal

"The left side was difficult because Robert Pires was a maestro for Arsenal and I'm leaving out the likes of Makelele, Robben and Hazard.

"I'm going for Sanchez even though he has not been around as much as Pires, but he is such an inspiration and example for his team-mates with his energy and ability; he can drag a team forward on his own. He has such a love and desire for the game and never wants to be brought off the pitch."

Dennis Bergkamp - Arsenal

"Like Henry, he saw the picture so quickly, adjusted to any sort of strikers in front, whether Wright, Henry or Anelka, or others. Such a clever player, who scored brilliant goals, and had a steel about him too. He goes just behind Drogba and Henry."

Didier Drogba - Chelsea

"The all-round centre forward, somebody that at his peak any centre-half would have nightmares trying to tame. Strong as an ox, quick and also a great finisher who worked the channels and held the ball up really well."

Theirry Henry - Arsenal

"The best striker I have ever seen in this country. His goals speak for themselves, he took it to a new level with his pace, power and confidence. He was a magnificent player."
