Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has joined Juventus on a three-year loan deal until 2019.
Cuadrado, who spent last year on loan in Turin, will now spend the next three seasons in Italy on a contract heavily based on incentives.
The 28-year-old joins on loan until June 2019 for an annual fee of £4.25m (€5m), with the option for the deal to be made permanent for £21.25m (€25m).
The terms of the agreement take Cuadrado to the end of the four-and-a-half-year contract he signed on joining Chelsea in February 2015.
On top of this, Juventus may have to pay Chelsea a further £3.3m (€4m) should the club achieve "certain sporting results during the player's contract of employment".
Cuadrado has 56 caps for Colombia and signed for Chelsea following a series of eye-catching displays during the 2014 World Cup in a transfer worth £26.1m from Fiorentina.
Since then, Cuadrado has made just four starts for Chelsea, spending last season on loan with the Old Lady, where he made 40 appearances in all competitions and scored five goals as Juventus secured a fifth straight Serie A title.
