MLS round-up: FC Dallas move top with win over DC United

Roland Lamah scored twice as FC Dallas came from behind to beat DC United 4-2 and move top of MLS' Western Conference.

Ian Harkes opened the scoring after 30 minutes from DC United, but four goals in 15 minutes from Dallas turned the game around.

Atiba Harris levelled after 41 minutes, before Lamah's first in first-half stoppage-time sent them into the break 2-1 up.

Maximiliano Urruti and Lamah then made the game safe early in the second half, rendering Deshorn Brown's goal a mere consolation.

Josef Martinez was also on target twice for Atlanta United at the Bobby Dodd Stadium as they recorded a 4-2 win of their own against the San Jose Earthquakes.

Tommy Thompson gave the Earthquakes an early lead that remained intact until half-time, before goals from Carlos Carmona and Martinez put Atlanta 2-1 ahead.

Chris Wondolowski levelled almost immediately after Martinez's opener, but goals from Anton Walkes and Martinez in the last 10 minutes wrapped up victory.

Real Salt Lake, previously bottom of the Western Conference, sprung a surprise with a 6-2 win over the Los Angeles Galaxy.

Jefferson Savarino scored twice for RSL, with Albert Rusnak, Kyle Beckerman, Yura Movsisyan and Joao Plata also finding the net. Ashley Cole and Bradford Jamieson were on target for the Galaxy.

Clint Dempsey's double guided the Seattle Sounders to a 3-1 win over the Colorado Rapids and Kekuta Manneh hit the only goal to edge the Columbus Crew to a 1-0 victory over Minnesota United.
