Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic praised 16-year-old Ryan Sessegnon after he became the youngest scorer in the history of the Championship during the 2-2 home draw with Cardiff.
England Under-17s international Sessegnon opened the scoring, three minutes after coming on as a first-half substitute, when he scrambled home from close range.
At 16 years and 94 days that not only made him the Championship's youngest scorer, but also Fulham's, and Jokanovic expects there will be plenty more to come from the highly-touted teenager.
"Ryan can be good for us. He made a great impact for us," Jokanovic said of Sessegnon, who was born on May 18, 2000.
"He is a real winner and he is just 16 years and three months. He is a real young player.
"I'm sure in the future he can be big part of my squad and help us. He can play in different positions."
Despite Sessegnon's opener Fulham needed a late equaliser from Kevin McDonald to claim a point, after two fine strikes from Joe Ralls and Anthony Pilkington turned this game on its head.
"My team showed great spirit, ambition, desire and character to come back and win a point. We know how hard the Championship is," Jokanovic said.
"I'm not disappointed that we didn't win. We started well but in the second half we were a bit confused but we still showed ambition and pushed forward. I think we deserved it. But we can't be completely satisfied as we didn't win the game.
"We wanted to kill Cardiff off in the first half. It didn't happen and they scored two fantastic goals. It's part of the game. To get a point is the least we deserved."
At 2-1 Cardiff hit the crossbar through Peter Whittingham's free-kick and it proved a key moment as McDonald drove home with four minutes left.
Cardiff manager Paul Trollope said: "It was a topsy turvy game. We were disappointed with the first half.
"We were passive with and without the ball. We didn't play to our capabilities but we turned it around. Credit must go to the players. They knew they were better than they had showed.
"We judge ourselves on our own standards and our own play. It wasn't functioning and we were flat. But we showed good mental and physical strength and we managed to get on the front foot.
"I'm pleased with the two goals, they were fantastic strikes, but I was disappointed not to have taken the three points as we led going into the 86th minute.
"At the moment we are showing good quality in either halves. We have to put that together in both and find that consistency. I still want to strengthen. It's no secret we are looking to strengthen in the transfer market."
