Tottenham's Moussa Sissoko has been called up to the France squad, as Anthony Martial, Paul Pogba and Benjamin Mendy miss out through injury.
Pogba (thigh) and Martial (abductor muscle) are unavailable for Friday's Nation League game against the Netherlands and the friendly against Uruguay on Tuesday - both matches live on Sky Sports.
The Manchester United duo met up with the France squad on Monday morning but returned to Manchester for treatment after meeting with France's team doctor.
Alexandre Lacazette had been called up as a replacement, alongside Sissoko, but the Arsenal striker will now not join the squad after discussions between the club's team doctor and France's medical staff.
Alassane Plea, who has scored eight goals in the Bundesliga for Borussia Monchengladbach this season, has been called up instead.
Manchester City defender Benjamin Mendy (knee) has also withdrawn from the squad and will be replaced by Lyon full-back Ferland Mendy.
Martial played the full 90 minutes during Sunday's Manchester derby and scored United's only goal from the penalty spot, while Pogba missed the game after injuring himself in the Champions League win against Juventus.
Martial last played for France in a 3-1 win over Russia in March and was not selected for the World Cup, in which France defeated Croatia in the final in July.
Sissoko's most recent appearance for the national team came in October 2017 in a 2-1 win over Belarus in World Cup qualifying.
