Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser has pulled out of the Scotland squad for the matches against Israel and Portugal through injury.
The 24-year-old suffered the injury during the Cherries' 4-0 win over Watford in the Premier League on Saturday. They say he has withdrawn from the squad as a precaution because of hamstring injury.
Fraser is the second player to withdraw from the Scotland squad in as many days, following Leigh Griffiths' decision to stay at Celtic and focus on his fitness. Alex McLeish has no plans to call up replacements for Fraser or Griffiths.
There was a further headache for McLeish when Scott McTominary sat out training on Tuesday morning with a knee problem, although John McGinn - who had been carrying an ankle issue - did take part in the session.
Fraser made his debut in June 2017 and has gone on to make four appearances for his country.
He has impressed for Bournemouth this season, scoring four goals in nine games and helping Eddie Howe's side to sixth in the league.
