The Republic of Ireland have announced they will host USA in a friendly at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on June 2.
The game will be the final warm-up for Martin O'Neill's side before they begin their UEFA Nations League campaign, which begins on September 6.
The friendly will take place less than two weeks before the World Cup kicks-off, although neither side will be competing in Russia.
Ireland were thrashed 5-1 on aggregate in the play-offs by Denmark while the USA finished fifth in their six-team qualifying group to miss out for the first time since 1986.
The USA last visited Dublin in November 2014, when a Robbie Brady double helped Ireland to a 4-1 win.
The Americans, who are currently without a manager following Bruce Arena's departure, are 25th in the FIFA world rankings, while Ireland are 32nd.
