Former Manchester United and West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison is close to joining Ostersunds FK, according to the Swedish side's technical director David Webb.
Morrison, currently of Serie A side Lazio, has joined up with the Ostersunds squad at their training camp in Marbella.
Sky Sports News first exclusively reported the Swedish side's interest in Morrison in October 2018.
Ostersunds remain in talks with Lazio over a deal for the 26-year-old, who is out of contract in the summer.
"We have had contact with Ravel and his agent for a long time and discussed a switch. He is close to a move," Webb told the club's website.
"Ravel wants to get acquainted with the team and then we'll see how it goes. He has not signed up for OFK yet, but we hope that we can get him to our club."
Morrison has struggled to establish himself at Lazio since joining from West Ham in 2015, making only eight appearances for the club.
He has since spent time on loan at Queens Park Rangers and Mexican side Atlas.
