Nani has moved from Valencia to Lazio on a season-long loan deal.
The former Manchester United winger joined Valencia last summer and made 25 La Liga appearances in the 2016-17 campaign, but is now set for a switch to Serie A.
Nani, 30, did not feature in Valencia's opening game of the season - a 2-2 draw with Real Madrid last weekend.
During his time at Old Trafford, Nani won four Premier League titles as well as winning the Champions League in the 2007-08 campaign.
The forward performed well at Euro 2016 as Portugal won the European Championship, earning his switch to the Mestalla, but is now set to seal a switch to Lazio for a £13.8m fee, according to Italian reports.
