Celtic have signed Moussa Dembele on a four-year deal after the striker completed a medical in Glasgow on Tuesday.

The 19-year-old Frenchman has spent three seasons at Fulham but became a free agent after his contract at Craven Cottage came to an end.

Dembele scored 17 times in 46 appearances for the Cottagers in all competitions last season.

Dembele joins on a four-year deal and becomes Brendan Rodgers's first signing of the summer since replacing Ronny Deila as manager. Celtic's official website confirmed he will meet his new team-mates for pre-season training in Slovenia.

Dembele was a reported target for Tottenham and came close to signing for the White Hart Lane club during the January transfer deadline last season.
