Grimsby beat Notts County 2-1 to secure their place in League Two next season with goals from Nathan Clarke and Jamille Matt. Daniel Jones scored for County who stay fifth.
Elsewhere, two late goals from Olly Lee and Pelly Ruddock secured Luton's 3-1 win at home to Forest Green. Danny Hylton opened the scoring for Luton in the 20th minute before Christian Doidge's equaliser eight minutes into the second half.
Crewe beat Crawley 2-1 after Perry Ng's fifth-minute opener was cancelled out by Jimmy Smith, before Harry Pickering scored the winner in the 51st minute.
Port Vale were beaten 2-1 by Carlisle despite taking the lead in the 34th minute through Dior Angus. Second-half goals from Ashley Nadesan and Hallam Hope secured the win for Carlisle who had Antony Kay sent off five minutes from time.
Goals from Mickey Demetriou and Frank Nouble helped Newport beat Cambridge 2-1, with George Maris scoring for United.
Colchester and Swindon played out a goalless draw.
