Brentford have completed the signing of Denmark U21 forward Emiliano Marcondes from Nordsjaelland on a three-and-a-half year deal.
Marcondes signed a pre-contract agreement with the Sky Bet Championship side back in July and joins the club after his Nordsjaelland contract expired on Sunday.
The 22-year-old has improved significantly over the last two seasons in Danish football, scoring 12 goals in 25 games in 2016-17 and 17 in 19 games this season before making his move to England.
He joined Nordsjaelland at the age of 15 from hometown club Hvidovre IF and made his Super Liga debut at the age of 17, also playing in three European matches.
Marcondes has also been a regular through the age groups of Denmark's national side, playing 15 times and scoring twice at U21 level over the last three years.
He will wear the No 17 shirt at Griffin Park once his deal receives international clearance.
