Rotherham kick off their 2016/17 Sky Bet Championship season with a home game against Wolves.
Alan Stubbs' first away day as Millers boss is a trip to Villa Park to face Aston Villa on August 13.
Rotherham's first Yorkshire derby of the season will be at Oakwell against Barnsley on August 27 while Leeds will visit on November 26. Boxing Day will see a home match against Wigan Athletic.
Stubbs' side, who finished last season just one spot above the relegation places, end their campaign at the New York Stadium on May 7 against Derby.
