Eddie Howe hailed Bournemouth’s draw against Watford an important result after two games without a win.
Howe's men twice came from behind to rescue a point against Watford in an entertaining 2-2 draw at the Vitality Stadium.
A point each did neither manager many favours as it stretches Bournemouth's run without a Premier League win to three matches and Watford's to seven.
The Cherries had come into the game on the back of two successive losses, at Milwall in the FA Cup and last week at Hull.
Although it's unlikely Howe's side will drop into relegation trouble - they are 10 points clear - he still called this result a critical one as they snapped their losing run.
"It was an important point - every point is precious in the Premier League," he said.
"We're grateful for it but disappointed, it could have been more."
Bournemouth enjoyed 63 per cent possession in the game and were undone by two set-pieces by Watford, who created little from open play.
It means Howe's team have conceded 11 goals in their last four games in all competitions. Those defensive frailties are a concern for the manager.
"We conceded from two set plays and our goalkeeper wasn't overly worked," he said.
"He didn't have a lot to do and their goalkeeper did - he made a number of fine saves.
"We know their strengths. They are quite unique in the Premier League as they are a physical side. We didn't deal with it very well. We're disappointed with that. But we showed great character to come back twice."
