Swansea boss Paul Clement says he's very pleased with their recent run of form that has seen them pick up four wins from six matches during his time in charge.

The Swans beat Leicester 2-0 at the Liberty Stadium on Super Sunday thanks to goals from defenders Alfie Mawson and Martin Olsson, lifting them to 15th in the Premier League table.

"We're in good form at the moment," Clement told Sky Sports. "Even against Man City we played well in the second half and could have got more. To back up the Southampton game with another home win is very pleasing.

"We've worked hard with them on the training ground to get the basics right, nothing complicated. It has brought confidence on the pitch. Then its down to them to execute and they're doing that really well at the moment."

Despite the good run that has taken them away from the relegation zone, Clement insists there's still a long way to go until they are out of trouble.

"There's a massive amount to do," he said. "What we've been doing is taking every game as it comes, working at what we need to work on and looking at the opposition where we can exploit them. That's what we've got to do for the next game against Chelsea. Nothing more."

Clement also praised Mawson for the composure he showed in scoring Swansea's opener, a well-taken volley after 36 minutes.

"It was a lovely finish at the end but the header back across from (Federico) Fernandez to pick him out was excellent," he said. "There was still a bit to do but it was a very well taken goal."
