Nottingham Forest v Wolves preview

Nottingham Forest will check on Damien Perquis ahead of Wolves' visit to the City Ground.

The defender required stitches in a head wound against Preston on Wednesday night, leading to his substitution at half-time.

Forest were missing influential duo Henri Lansbury and Britt Assombalonga for that game due to hamstring injuries, with midfielder Lansbury expected to miss a few weeks and striker Assombalonga possibly back for the Boxing Day trip to Huddersfield.

Boss Philippe Montanier has the likes of Michael Mancienne, Armand Traore, Mustapha Carayol, Pajtim Kasami, Jorge Grant and Apostolos Vellios available should he wish to make any changes to his team.

Wolves goalkeeper Carl Ikeme was not deemed fit enough for a place on the bench in midweek because of his hip injury so a return seems unlikely.

That means 19-year-old Harry Burgoyne is set to continue in goal for the third successive game.

Midfielder Helder Costa was forced off at half-time of Tuesday's defeat at Cardiff and is a doubt for the weekend.
