Oldham earned a 1-0 victory against Blackpool to leapfrog the Seasiders in the League One relegation zone.

Oldham went closest to scoring in a drab first half, with Anthony Gerrard volleying over the bar and Palmer's 20-yard drive testing Blackpool keeper Colin Doyle.
Blackpool created a chance straight after the break, but Oldham keeper Joel Coleman was able to make a comfortable save from Brad Potts.
Oldham threatened again when Curtis Main chased down a pass from Aaron Amadi-Holloway and unleashed a 16-yard shot which was well parried by Doyle.
The breakthrough came after 53 minutes when Amadi-Holloway neatly teed up Palmer, who found space eight yards out to crash an angled shot into the top corner.
Blackpool could have scored a quick equaliser as Tom Aldred headed over the bar from a good position.
But the visitors offered little up front and Jonathan Forte almost doubled Oldham's lead with a glancing header.
