Markus Henriksen joins Hull just before the transfer window closes

Hull have signed AZ Alkmaar's Norway international Markus Henriksen on a season-long loan that will automatically become a permanent deal in January.

The 24-year-old becomes Hull's latest new acquisition during a very busy week for the Tigers.

Henriksen played for Rosenborg in his home country before moving on to Alkmaar in 2012 and he has made over 100 appearances for the Dutch side.

He made his debut for Norway in 2010, has been capped on 27 occasions, and is part of their squad for Sunday's 2018 World Cup Qualifier against Germany.
