Leicester's 1-0 win over Southampton on Sunday took them seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table and leaves them as strong favourites to win the title. But one year ago they were rock bottom of the table.
On April 4, 2015, a 2-1 win over West Ham sparked a remarkable revival for the Foxes, who had until that point seemed doomed for relegation.
The turnaround saw Nigel Pearson's side win seven of their final nine Premier League games and climb to safety.
However, Leicester's upturn in form didn't end there - they continued that momentum into the 2015/16 campaign and, as a result, one year on, they have collected 91 points from 41 Premier League games. That's at least 18 more than any other side in the top flight.
Tottenham and Arsenal have picked up 73 points apiece in that period with Manchester City one point further back.
Leicester have also won 27 games in that time, five more than second-most-victorious Man City, who top the scoring charts with 77 goals.
Unsurprisingly, of all the sides that have been in the Premier League since last April, Aston Villa have collected the fewest points (26 points from 40 games), while promoted trio Bournemouth (38 from 32), Watford (37 from 31) and Norwich (31 from 31) have managed more despite playing fewer games.
Manchester United have managed 64 points from 38 games during this time, winning 18 games, drawing 10 and losing 11.
As for last season's champions Chelsea, they too have accrued 64 points during the time period - a whopping 27 adrift of Leicester, the team that will be hoping to seize their crown in the coming weeks.
