Sky sources report that Leicester City assistant manager Criag Shakespeare and head of recruitment Steve Walsh have agreed new improved contracts which will keep them at the club until at least June 2018.
Negotiations began before Christmas but they had stalled recently, sparking fears the two men may leave in the summer.
But manager Claudio Ranieri has urged the club to do all it can to keep Shakespeare, who has developed a close relationship with the Italian.
And Walsh, who is credited with recruiting Leicester stars N'Golo Kante, Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, was reportedly a target for Arsenal.
But Premier League leaders Leicester have now reached agreement with both men, and the paperwork is expected to be signed before the weekend.
