Jamie Vardy's Premier League performances have been world class - and the stats prove it.
In a detailed analysis of his displays during his 10-game scoring streak for Leicester by Pro Soccer Development, Vardy comes out with an overall rating as a striker of 92 out of 100.
Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were awarded 93 for the same position in a similar study last season.
Worryingly for Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal, who comes up against Vardy's Leicester on Saturday Night Football, his striker, Wayne Rooney - assessed over a six-game period in 2014/15 - rates lower than Vardy, with 91 out of 100.
The PSD team break down five key metrics to enhance elite performance and delve deeper into the meaning behind the numbers. The player ratings are the result of analysis of thousands of player actions.
Unsurprisingly Messi is the most clinical of the forwards, finishing 40 per cent of his chances.
Vardy and Rooney have a similar conversion rate (30 per cent versus 33 per cent), but, in the games studied, the Leicester striker averaged 3.7 shots per game to Rooney's 1.7.
Vardy was also more successful than Cristiano Ronaldo when it comes to running with the ball (88 per cent success rate versus 83 per cent).
However, the study suggests Rooney is more likely to bring others in to play. The United captain averaged 10.2 one-touch passes per game with an 88 per cent success rate in his six matches, while Vardy made 4.3 per game, completing 77 per cent.
How can Manchester United stop Vardy on Saturday? We challenged the PSD team to look at Vardy's strengths and weaknesses and conclude how Van Gaal's men can keep him quiet at the King Power Stadium. See the results here.
