Sky Sports understands Owain Fon-Williams is free to leave Tranmere Rovers due to a clause in his contract.
The 27-year-old Welsh shot-stopper has been with Rovers since 2011 and has played over 100 league games with the Prenton Park club.
Fon-WIlliams has another 12 months on his contract at Tranmere, who want him to stay, but a number of clubs are now looking at his situation.
Ipswich, Blackpool and Leyton Orient are all understood to be keen on Fon-Williams, who was called into the Wales squad by Chris Coleman last season.
