Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish admits the start made by new manager Frank de Boer has "not been great".
The Eagles have lost all three of their opening Premier League games without scoring under the Dutchman and, as a result, sit 19th in the table after conceding six goals.
Palace recruited De Boer in the summer following Sam Allardyce's decision to step down at the end of last season, and Parish admits the new boss' start to life at Selhurst Park has not been ideal.
"It's not been great," Parish told Sky Sports News.
"It's a results-based business, so if you don't get wins - Frank knows that."
De Boer signed a three-year deal in June and has since tried to implement a style of play focused more on possession at the south London outfit, bringing in a 3-4-3 formation.
However, the side's early results suggest the former Inter Milan manager's change has yet to click into place.
"We've got to look at how we've been performing, how we've been playing and what we can do to improve it," Parish added.
"We'll be working hard and having serious conversations and making sure we turn it around."
