Assistant manager Fletcher came off the bench in Saturday's League One clash at Home Park and fired home on 84 minutes to continue the south coast side's quest for back-to-back promotions after Rory Fallon's second-half strike on 71 minutes had looked likely to earn hard-up Argyle a point.
