Darren Moore says everyone connected with West Brom played a part in the team's 1-0 victory over Tottenham on Saturday which kept their hopes of Premier League survival alive.
Spurs academy product Jake Livermore scored the decisive goal of the game in second-half stoppage time by poking the ball over the line after a penalty-box scramble.
Livermore's last-gasp winner sparked jubilant scenes in the stands, but Moore remained calm throughout the celebrations.
Moore has galvanised a squad that looked destined for relegation, earning 11 points from his five games in charge, but he refused to take credit for the club's form, instead praising the players and fans for the result.
"It was a wonderful game, not one for the faint-hearted, a pulsating game and one that will live long in the memory," he said.
"We came up against a very good Spurs team but we just felt we needed to keep the game tight, which we did, I thought the players were very disciplined.
"I thought everyone to a man and everyone connected with West Bromwich Albion played a part today."
West Brom went into the game knowing that Stoke had already been relegated following their 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace, and Moore admitted that the result at the bet365 had a positive impact on his players.
"Psychologically it was a huge boost before the game," Moore added. "I for one didn't really know about it because we entered into the stadium regardless of results elsewhere. We wanted to win and finish our home season on a high and we've done that today so I'm really pleased."
When asked how West Brom have given themselves a fighting chance of Premier League survival, Moore said: "Hard work, togetherness, commitment, courage, composure, character but most importantly it has been a wonderful strength of unity here at the football club.
"We've come together and I know I get to speak on behalf of the football club but it's not me, it's we and we've come together at the end of the season and shown what can be achieved with hard work and commitment.
"They were the twelfth man today, it was an electric atmosphere, they came here in their numbers and I felt as if there was a real belief in the stands today against tough opposition.
"It is not an easy ground for visiting teams to come and they played a huge part in today and drove the players on, there were tired and weary legs out there and the fans kept them going so we're thankful to them."
