Goalkeeper Boaz Myhill has signed a one-year extension to his contract with West Brom.

The 33-year-old, who joined the Baggies in 2010, is now tied to the Premier League club until the summer of 2018.

Myhill has played 78 times for the club in all competitions but made his most appearances last season after an injury to No 1 Ben Foster.

He ended up playing in 23 Premier League games, the majority of those in the first half of the season, with his sole appearance after January coming against Spurs towards the end of the campaign.

Head coach Tony Pulis said: "We're delighted Boaz has agreed a contract extension and we've secured his services for an additional year.
