Bournemouth defender Rhoys Wiggins has joined Birmingham City on a six-month loan deal until January.
Wiggins, 28, signed for Bournemouth for the fourth time in his career in January 2016 but has failed to make a Premier League appearance for the Cherries since and has now made a temporary switch to St. Andrew's.
Wiggins is a former Wales U21 international and was called up to the senior squad in 2014 for Euro 2016 qualifying fixtures with Bosnia-Herzegovina and Cyprus, though he did not feature in either.
The Wales full-back is a Crystal Palace academy graduate and has also had playing spells at Norwich City, Charlton Athletic and Sheffield Wednesday.
Wiggins is Gary Rowett's second deadline day signing, having confirmed another six-month loan deal for Burnley striker Lukas Jutkiewicz earlier on Wednesday.
Wiggins will wear the number 12 shirt for Birmingham while Jutkiewicz will line-up in the number 15, with both players likely to make their debut against Fulham at Craven Cottage on September 10.
