Burnley striker Andre Gray has been named the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Year at the Football League awards in Manchester.
Gray, who signed for Burnley from Brentford last summer, is the Championship's top-scorer with 24 goals, helping put the Clarets on course for automatic promotion straight back to the Premier League.
Gillingham's Bradley Dack took the honours in Sky Bet League One after an impressive campaign with the promotion hopefuls.
Dack has scored 15 goals in 40 appearances for the Gills in an impressive campaign for the Kent club, enough to see him chosen to receive the award ahead of Swindon's Nicky Ajose and Walsall midfielder Romaine Sawyers.
Competition was also fierce in Sky Bet League Two but Oxford midfielder Kemar Roofe took the plaudits ahead of Northampton's Ricky Holmes and Bristol Rovers striker Matty Taylor.
Roofe has been in stunning form since arriving from West Brom on a permanent deal in the summer, netting 25 times in 47 appearances to keep the U's in the hunt for an automatic promotion place.
The 23-year-old also scored twice in their 3-2 FA Cup third round victory over Premier League Swansea and was on target four times in their Johnstone's Paint Trophy run that saw them reach the Wembley final before being beaten by League One Barnsley.
All three awards winners were also selected in the Football League team of the year, which encompasses the best of the talent from across the three divisions.
The role of Northampton manager Chris Wilder in seeing his side promoted as champions from League Two has also been recognised after he was chosen as boss of the team of the year.
Elsewhere, Leeds midfielder Lewis Cook was named Football League Young Player of the Year after the 19-year-old secured a regular place in the side this campaign.
Sheffield Wednesday's Marco Matias scooped the Goal of the Year Award for his strike against Leeds United, while former Bolton and England forward Kevin Davies was chosen as the Sir Tom Finney Award winner for his outstanding career in the Football League.
The work of two Championship clubs off the pitch was also recognised, with Charlton named Community Club of the Year and Fulham Family Club of the Year.
