Torino are one of a number of clubs interested in Watford midfielder Roberto Pereyra, Sky sources understand.
It is understood Watford will only consider offers in excess of £20m for the Argentina international, who joined the Hornets from Juventus for £13m in August 2016.
The 27-year-old played 34 times for Watford last season and scored five goals, three of which came in the final six games of the Premier League campaign.
Pereyra played 68 times for Juve in a two-year spell with the Turin club, having joined from Udinese in July 2015.
Watford have been busy in the transfer market themselves, with Ostersund winger Ken Sema completing a move to Vicarage Road on Thursday.
They have also signed defenders Adam Masina and Marc Navarro over the summer, from Bologna and Espanyol, respectively.
