Marko Arnautovic is set to undergo a scan on Wednesday after limping off with a suspected foot injury in West Ham's 3-0 defeat to Wolves.

The striker, who was named in the starting line-up for the first time since signing a contract extension with the Hammers, was caught by the follow-through of Ruben Neves' clearance in the 72nd minute.

Arnautovic attempted to continue, but appeared to be struggling to put any weight down on his right leg and was eventually replaced by Javier Hernandez.
