West Ham are in advanced talks to sign Swansea goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski and a deal is close, Sky Sports News understands.
Fabianski played in all of the Swans' 38 Premier League games last season and is in Poland's World Cup squad for this summer's tournament in Russia.
But he could be on his way out of the Liberty Stadium, with new Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini looking to bolster his squad.
Fabianski joined Arsenal from Legia Warsaw in May 2017 but failed to hold down a regular starting berth under Arsene Wenger, making just 78 appearances in his seven years at the club.
A move to Swansea followed in 2014 and the 33-year-old, who has a year left on his contract with the Swans, has made 150 appearances for the relegated club.
