Vice-chairman Karren Brady has said Slaven Bilic will remain the manager of West Ham following reports that he will not be offered a new contract.

Reports have also stated that potential replacements for Bilic are being lined up this summer.

Writing in The Sun, Brady said: "I have a two-word answer to people who are listing candidates for Slaven Bilic's job - shut up!

"We like our manager and we rate him, so we are planning to keep him. Those poison-penned pundits who say they know, don't."

That has prompted speculation about Bilic's future, with the likes of Newcastle boss Rafael Benitez and Reading's Jaap Stam linked with the east London club in recent weeks.

"Our move to the London Stadium was always going to be testing for the players," Brady added.
